Two luxurious 10-story office buildings will be constructed in the Neve Ne’eman area in Hod Hasharon, which has been changing from an industrial area to a high-tech and bio-tech complex.
Along with spacious offices, the impressive buildings will also offer a commercial floor, two basement floors containing about 480 underground parking spaces, as well as storage spaces for tenants. A massive park, which will cover hundreds of dunams and connect to HaYarkon Park, is already being developed in the surrounding area.
Neve Ne’eman was chosen following an in-depth examination of the area and its potential: this area, located near Road 5 and a very short distance from Road 4 and Road 531, is particularly convenient and accessible. It has become an attractive (and relatively inexpensive) alternative to other employment areas, and it is attracting interest among both companies and investors.
