In the northern CBD of Tel Aviv, between the Azrieli Center and Arlozorov Street, the prestigious WE TLV project is being constructed, combining a business environment with a residential area, and featuring two spectacular towers.
The southern tower has already been completed and inhabited. It consists of 28 floors: a commercial floor, above which are 19 floors of offices, and 9 residential floors on top. The second tower is being built these days, and is planned to contain 11 floors: a commercial floor, with offices above it.
Both buildings feature a luxurious design inspired by contemporary urban elements. Like the Dawn Tower – another one of our projects – the skyscrapers in the We project have also become part of Tel Aviv’s unique skyline.
In addition to 24/7 security, the residents of the residential tower enjoy an indulgent lounge and a well-equipped gym. The proximity to Ayalon Freeway, the train station and nightlife, has made the project particularly attractive for business people, investors and affluent families.
